How to Enter: You may enter the Sweepstakes by going to the Vacation Execs or an affiliate sweepstakes web-site. Entrants may enter once daily. The Prize A 3 day - 2 night Vacation for two (2) adults occupying one (1) deluxe accommodation stay (exclusive of customs' fees, surcharges, transportation, taxes and government charges, if any), in Lake Havasu. The cost, if any, for the vacation must be paid at the time of making the vacation reservation. Children may be accepted in the same room at an extra charge set by the resort hotel reserved. Winners may claim only one(1) Lake Havasu trip n any calendar year. Prizes are transferable prior to registration. This offer is for the accommodations only; airfare or other transportation is not included. Certain other restrictions may apply. No alternative prize, cash, or other substitution is permitted except at the sole discretion of provider. Selection of Winner: Winners are determined by the "Computerized Automated Random Draw System" (CARDS), programed to draw winner at midnight daily. Vacation Execs Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions These Terms and Conditions of Vacation Execs set forth the legally binding agreement between Vacation Execs, its licensors and affiliates, and each person who has the legal right to claim a prize ("Winner"). Winner must also comply with all fulfillment company terms and conditions and policies, available from the particular company (" Terms"). Vacation Execs shall not be liable for any claim by Winner resulting from any breach of the Terms by the fulfillment company or Winner. 1. Prizes are awarded free of charge at the office of Vacation Execs in Rockport Texas. To maintain the same value received by each prize winner, winners who wish the prize shipped are subject to a minimal shipping and handling charge of $4.75 to cover postage and labor. 2. Upon the receipt of the prize, Winner must register their prize accommodations with the fulfillment company to validate their award. 3. Winners may claim one (1) vacation per family, per twelve (12) month period. 4. To make a reservation the Winner must follow the directions received from the fulfillment company after registering the Ascutnet Mountain prize accommodations. It is important that a Redeemder does not leave for vacation until Reservation Confirmation is received. 5. This prize expires on one (1) year from the date the winner registers the prize. Travel must be complete within this time period. 6. This offer is not valid for groups, which consist of one or more prizes and may not be used in conjunction with any other vacation offer. In no event, may the total number of people occupying any accommodation exceed the maximum occupancy set forth by the resort or cruiseline. 7. The prize is transferable prior to registration. Prizes may not be redeemed for cash. 8. Winner is required to be 21 years of age or older. Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied in the same accommodation by a parent, relative or guardian 25 years or older. 9. The purchase of travel insurance is strongly recommended. 10. Vacation Execs and/or the fulfillment company and/or accommodation provider do not assume any liability or responsibility for damage, expense, inconvenience, loss, injury, death or damage to persons or property at any hotel or on any aircraft/ship, or in transit to and from said hotel/aircraft/ship, or for any cause whatsoever due to delays, cancellations due to nature, mechanical breakdown, strikes, civil unrest, war or acts of God. 11.
